Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the tvlent-one website at tvlent.one and any related waitlist, early-access, or product materials ("Services") operated by tvlent-one ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

tvlent-one is currently in a pre-release, waitlist stage. The Services are provided for informational purposes and to give prospective users early access. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer to supply a product.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the Services. By joining the waitlist you confirm the email address you submit belongs to you and that you are authorised to receive commercial email at it.

Submitting your email address to the waitlist does not guarantee access to any future product. We may prioritise, defer, or decline access at our discretion, and we may change the shape of the product, pricing, or availability before general release.

If you are granted early access, additional terms may apply to that access, and those additional terms will control in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or third-party contact details;
• attempt to probe, scan, or circumvent the security of the Services, including rate limits and anti-abuse measures;
• use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or repeatedly submit the waitlist form;
• use the Services in a way that infringes any law or another person's rights.

All content on the Services — including copy, product mockups, graphics, logos, and the "tvlent-one" name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the product, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or attribution.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on the site is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
