Privacy Policy

This policy is maintained by tvlent-one ("we", "us", "our") and explains how we handle personal information collected through the tvlent-one website at tvlent.one. For the purposes of UK GDPR we are the data controller for information collected via the site. Contact us at hello@tvlent.one.

We only collect what we need to run the waitlist:

• Waitlist signups. The email address you submit and a note of where you signed up from on the site.
• Anti-abuse signals. A one-way hash derived from your IP address and short-lived timing metadata, used to detect automated submissions and rate-limit the form. We do not store your raw IP address alongside your email.
• Email delivery events. Standard delivery metadata (delivered, bounced, complained) from our email provider, so we know whether our confirmation email reached you.
• Basic request logs. Server logs generated by our hosting provider containing information like request time, path, and response status.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.

We use the information above to:

• send you the waitlist confirmation email;
• contact you about early access, product updates, and launch availability related to tvlent-one;
• protect the site from spam, abuse, and denial-of-service attempts;
• operate, secure, and improve the service, and comply with our legal obligations.

Our legal basis under UK GDPR is your consent when you submit the waitlist form, and our legitimate interest in protecting the site and running the business.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, under contract:

• Hosting and database. Our backend and database provider stores waitlist entries and site logs.
• Email delivery. Our transactional email provider delivers confirmation and update emails from noreply@tvlent.one.

These providers process personal information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Some of our service providers may process personal information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it.

We keep waitlist email addresses until you ask us to remove them, or until we decide to close the waitlist and delete it. Anti-abuse records and server logs are kept for a short period (typically no more than 12 months) and then deleted or aggregated.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can also withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us directly.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@tvlent.one. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have mishandled your data.

We use only the small number of first-party cookies and local storage entries needed to run the site (for example, remembering that a waitlist submission has been made in your browser). We do not set advertising cookies.

The Services are not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product and our practices evolve. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members where appropriate.
